ASHTANGA

This class follows a set sequence that helps synergize the body and mind, while breaking down postures and offering modifications. Moving at a steady pace, it allows students to build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the mat. Perfect for all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners—and for anyone needing adaptations. 

CHAIR YOGA

 A gentle, accessible practice designed to help you find balance, strength, and calm—right from your chair. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll release tension, improve mobility, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.  All levels welcome. 

FOUNDATIONS FLOW

This class offers a gentle introduction to yoga through simple, slow-paced movements. You’ll have time to learn each posture, connect with your breath, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for your body. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a mindful practice, this slow flow helps build confidence, flexibility, and calm—no experience needed. 

GROUND & GROW BASICS

A beginner-friendly class designed to lay the foundation for your yoga journey. Through alignment-based postures, mindful movement, and breath awareness, you’ll cultivate strength, balance, and confidence—building the roots to grow both on and off the mat. 

RISE & FLOW

This dynamic flow awakens your body and nurtures your spirit. With thoughtful sequencing and a focus on breath, you’ll move with intention, release tension, and cultivate a soft, steady energy that carries beyond the mat. 

YIN YOGA

 A gentle, meditative practice that invites stillness and deep release. Long-held poses target connective tissues and joints, helping to cultivate flexibility, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. This is a nurturing space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with your body and breath.
